These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ccd444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and features available at ccd444.app. By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any part of the ccd444 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound in full by this Agreement, including all policies incorporated by reference herein.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the platform's FAQ and support documentation. ccd444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your verified ccd444 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your wallet. You must fulfil all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. ccd444 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from that bonus — if we determine that the bonus was claimed fraudulently, in breach of these terms, or through the creation of duplicate accounts.

All games available on ccd444 — including live casino titles (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack), slot machines, crash games (including Aviator by Spribe), fish shooting games, and sports betting markets — are governed by game-specific rules accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

Sports betting markets covering cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports are subject to the sports betting rules published in the platform's help centre. In the event of a disputed bet outcome, ccd444's decision following a review of server logs and game records shall be final and binding.

ccd444 sources all casino game content from certified third-party providers whose random number generators (RNGs) are independently audited for fairness.
